Senigallia, Italy – In 2025, Patatas Nana will honor the renowned photographer Mario Giacomelli on the centenary of his birth with a unique collaboration that combines art and culinary delight. Selected images from Giacomelli’s iconic works will adorn the packaging of Patatas Nana chips throughout the year, enriching the experience for consumers.
This special edition celebrates how creativity can engage all five senses. As people admire Giacomelli’s powerful images, they can envision the fragrant countryside of the Marche region blending with the salty air of the Adriatic Sea while enjoying the simple pleasure of Patatas Nana chips.
The limited edition packaging features notable photographs, including Presa di coscienza sulla natura (1976–1980) and Metamorfosi della terra (late 1980s), which reflect a profound connection to nature and humanity. Additionally, imagery from the series Io non ho mani che mi accarezzino il volto (1961–1963) and scenes from Per Poesie (1958) bring nostalgia and joy to the chip containers.
From April 6, 2025, the limited edition packs will be available for purchase at www.patatasnana.com and various retailers across Italy, including cocktail bars, groceries, wine shops, restaurants, and concept stores.
