The Arte Solidale Festival (ASF) is set to host its traditional spring concert at the beautiful Villa Carlotta, Tremezzina, Italy, this coming May 14. The concert will star Thai pianist Aruth Masrangsan, who will perform a captivating selection of music from renowned composers Ludwig van Beethoven and Franz Schubert. Notably, the program will also feature some unique four-hand pieces alongside pianist Danilo Mascetti.
The repertoire will include Beethoven’s poignant Sonata Op. 26 “Marcia Funebre” and Schubert’s celebrated Impromptu Op. 90 No. 3. Additionally, the concert will showcase the more imaginative compositions of both composers, including Beethoven’s whimsical Fantasia Op. 77 and Schubert’s lively Lebensstürme.
The evening will commence with an introductory performance by the promising young talent Elia Pirovano, who will play a Chopin Étude and Liszt’s transcription of Schubert’s “Der Müller und der Bach.”
As with all events organized by the ASF, attendance is by voluntary donation. Concertgoers are invited to enjoy the stunning gardens of Villa Carlotta before the concert starts, providing a perfect setting to relax and appreciate the venue’s natural beauty. Additionally, the full program and artist lineup for the upcoming September festival will be revealed during the event.
All proceeds from the concert will support the activities of Coop. Sociale “Azalea” in Tremezzo, which aims to assist children and minors in need. For reservations, please visit Arte Solidale Festival. For further information, you can contact:
