From August 1 to 10, the Summer Jamboree returns to Senigallia (Italy), the hottest rockin’ holiday on Earth. This year, the world’s largest festival of 1940s and 1950s American music and culture celebrates its 25th anniversary with a special edition designed to amaze.
A festival that has become an integral part of the collective imagination for hundreds of thousands of fans around the world, who love this timeless musical genre, swing dancing, and the vibrant atmosphere that envelops Senigallia during these days, the Summer Jamboree has been joyfully passed down from generation to generation.
Every year, an international audience gathers in Senigallia for the Summer Jamboree—the “place to be” in the summer—to spend a holiday that defies conventional fun for the entire family.
Since its inception 25 years ago, the Summer Jamboree has managed to appeal to diverse audiences, evolving into a grand intergenerational and highly inclusive gathering, something that is far more than just a music festival: it is an experience that unites and involves people of all ages from all over the globe, connected by a shared passion for Rock’n’Roll. Between Boogie Woogie lessons, live concerts, and a cocktail at sunset on the Hawaiian Beach along the velvet beach, everyone feels at home in a world filled with positive energy and togetherness.

The festivities kick off on Friday, August 1, with a pre-festival day featuring a grand Free Boot Sale that will literally start the dancing from morning in the Mascalzone area along the eastern waterfront, complete with shopping, a Record Hop, and a dip in the sea.
Excitingly, the Free Boot Sale of the Summer Jamboree 2025 doubles its offerings! There will be two unmissable events for those who love rummaging through stories, styles, and vintage wonders. The first will take place on Friday, August 1, during the pre-festival, followed by the traditional event on Sunday, August 10, at the Hawaiian Beach along Lungomare G. Mameli (near civic number 93).
In the evening, the Vintage Market will open at Rocca Roveresca, along with the first opening concerts and the Dopo Festival at Rotonda a mare.
From August 2, the festival officially kicks off with a full schedule, and the main stage at Piazza Garibaldi will be opened.
This year’s lineup will feature some of the most interesting international artists in the Rock’n’Roll scene, who will come to Senigallia to pay tribute to the Summer Jamboree for its 25th anniversary.
Among the special guests is Vel Omarr (USA), a veteran of the genre, who will deliver a formidable tribute to Sam Cooke. With an incredibly identical voice to the late legend, Omarr’s performance promises to be a highlight of the festival.
Also performing for the first time in Italy is the marvelous Ruby Turner (JAM), known for her unforgettable hit “This Train,” often referred to as the ultimate dance-floor filler. Turner became a household name in the UK, appearing regularly on BBC channels alongside the great Jools Holland.
Joining them will be Curtis Salgado (USA), a formidable blues guitarist cherished by fans worldwide, recognized for inspiring the creation of the Blues Brothers characters. He has captivated audiences since the 1960s with his powerful voice, drawing from both Soul and R&B as well as the traditions of Blues and Gospel.
Two incredible guests from the United States include Les Greene, famous for being the voice of Little Richard in Baz Luhrmann’s recent film about Elvis, and one of the finest showmen of his time, known for his energetic performances that unleash a powerful wave of roots, rock, and soul music.
Another standout is Pete Molinari, a favorite singer-songwriter of Bruce Springsteen, who transcends genre boundaries. A musician, writer, playwright, and bohemian artist who defies definition, Molinari will present a specially crafted show for the Summer Jamboree audience.
These are just a few of the many names that will grace the stage for the 2025 edition, alongside numerous other artists who are writing the history of Rock’n’Roll today, enriching what promises to be a memorable lineup.
