La Noche de los Museos de Barranco Returns After 5 Years: Free Night with Art Workshops & Concert by Carlos Cruzalegui

After a five-year hiatus, La Noche de los Museos de Barranco makes its grand return, organized by the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Lima (MAC Lima) to celebrate art, community, and the joy of coming together. On May 24th, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, four cultural spaces in the Barranco district will open their doors for free, featuring a program designed for audiences of all ages.

The participating venues include MAC Lima, located at Av. Grau 1511, where visitors can enjoy live portrait drawing, and the Museo Jade Rivera, situated at Av. Saénz Peña 205, which offers painting and screen printing activities. Additionally, the Galería Jade Rivera World at Bajada de Baños 343 is involved, providing unique art experiences, while Proyecto AMIL, located at Av. Pedro de Osma 409, adds to the diverse offerings available to attendees.

La Noche de los Museos de Barranco is a special part of the International Museums Day, which this year adheres to the theme “The Future of Museums in Communities in Constant Change.” As part of this celebration, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in various engaging activities, including workshops for children, guided tours led by artists, live art activations, and mural creations. The event will conclude with a grand concert featuring the talented Carlos Cruzalegui, promising an unforgettable night for all.
